Iluminatul s\u0103lilor imense, aerul condi\u021bionat \u0219i ventila\u021bia func\u021bioneaz\u0103 non-stop. Conducerea legendarului ansamblu de dans Codreanca a decis s\u0103 transforme acoperi\u0219ul complexului s\u0103u \u00eentr-un activ generator de venituri \u0219i a \u00eencredin\u021bat acest proiect inginerilor de la E-Prime.<\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"4\">\u26a1 Sarcina: Reducerea costurilor \u00een condi\u021biile mecanismului Net Billing<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Instalarea panourilor fotovoltaice pentru afaceri \u00een Moldova necesit\u0103 ast\u0103zi un calcul financiar precis. Deoarece programul Net Metering (kW la kW) a fost \u00eenlocuit cu Net Billing (bani la bani), livrarea surplusului de energie \u00een re\u021bea a devenit mai pu\u021bin avantajoas\u0103 din cauza diferen\u021bei de tarife (cump\u0103rarea de la Premier Energy ~3.80 lei, v\u00e2nzarea ~2.50 lei).<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Sarcina noastr\u0103 nu a fost doar s\u0103 \u201emont\u0103m panouri fotovoltaice\u201d, ci s\u0103 cre\u0103m un sistem care va asigura un consum propriu maxim \u0219i cea mai rapid\u0103 recuperare a investi\u021biei pentru o infrastructur\u0103 de 58 kW.<\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">\ud83d\udee0 Solu\u021bia tehnic\u0103 \u0219i \u201eAdev\u0103rul Ingineresc\u201d<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"8\">O sta\u021bie comercial\u0103 de o asemenea putere este o infrastructur\u0103 de \u00eenalt\u0103 tensiune \u00een toat\u0103 regula. \u00cen proiectul Codreanca ne-am confruntat cu o situa\u021bie nestandard\u0103: prezen\u021ba unei sta\u021bii de transformare locale \u0219i a unui intermediar sub forma companiei care de\u021bine re\u021belele cl\u0103dirii.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Cum am realizat acest lucru:<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"10\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Echipament premium:<\/b> A fost montat un sistem de panouri de \u00eenalt\u0103 eficien\u021b\u0103 de ultim\u0103 genera\u021bie (Longi Bifacial) cu o putere de 58 kW, capabile s\u0103 genereze energie chiar \u0219i \u00een condi\u021bii de lumin\u0103 difuz\u0103.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Integrarea cu sta\u021bia de transformare:<\/b> Sistemul a fost integrat direct \u0219i \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103 \u00een sta\u021bia de distribu\u021bie existent\u0103 a complexului. Am instalat un contor inteligent (Smart Meter) \u0219i transformatoare de curent pentru o dispecerizare precis\u0103.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Montaj impecabil:<\/b> Toate traseele de cablu au fost pozate \u00een paturi de cablu metalice protejate (standardul E-Prime). F\u0103r\u0103 fire at\u00e2rnate \u2014 doar fiabilitate industrial\u0103 \u0219i siguran\u021b\u0103 antiincendiar\u0103.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"10,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Distribu\u021bie inteligent\u0103 (Smart):<\/b> Inginerii E-Prime au ajutat la elaborarea unei scheme de v\u00e2nzare a surplusului de energie \u00een interiorul complexului (v\u00e2nzare direct\u0103 c\u0103tre vecinii-subchiria\u0219i la un tarif reciproc avantajos de ~3.00 lei). Acest lucru a permis evitarea pierderilor financiare la livrarea energiei \u00een re\u021beaua electric\u0103 urban\u0103.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"11\">\ud83d\udcd1 Birocra\u021bie la cheie<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"12\">Sta\u021biile comerciale se \u201eblocheaz\u0103\u201d deseori la etapa actelor. La E-Prime ne asum\u0103m noi toat\u0103 birocra\u021bia. Pentru proiectul Codreanca, speciali\u0219tii no\u0219tri:<\/p><ol start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"13\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\">Au elaborat \u0219i au avizat proiectul.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\">Au perfectat Actele de delimitare.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\">Au organizat m\u0103sur\u0103rile de laborator ale prizei de p\u0103m\u00e2nt (conturului de \u00eemp\u0103m\u00e2ntare).<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,3,0\">Au predat personal obiectul inspectorului ANRE \u0219i companiei Premier Energy.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h3 data-path-to-node=\"14\">\ud83d\udcc8 Rezultatul pentru client<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"15\">Acum, ansamblul de dans Codreanca genereaz\u0103 propria sa energie curat\u0103.<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"16\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"16,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"16,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Consum propriu:<\/b> Sta\u021bia de 58 kW acoper\u0103 aproape integral necesit\u0103\u021bile complexului pe timp de zi, c\u00e2nd func\u021bioneaz\u0103 aparatele de aer condi\u021bionat \u0219i s\u0103lile.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"16,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"16,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Recuperarea investi\u021biei (ROI):<\/b> Datorit\u0103 distribu\u021biei inteligente a energiei \u0219i v\u00e2nz\u0103rilor interne directe ale surplusului, termenul prognozat de recuperare a investi\u021biilor va fi de doar 3,5\u20134 ani.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"16,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"16,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Garan\u021bia lini\u0219tii:<\/b> Obiectul este conectat la monitorizarea noastr\u0103 nelimitat\u0103 24\/7.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><blockquote data-path-to-node=\"17\"><p data-path-to-node=\"17,0\">Noi nu vindem simple panouri de sticl\u0103 pe acoperi\u0219.
